Auf den Saigns-Servern wurden folgende Neuerungen und Änderungen für TF2 eingeführt:

New
Server: Saigns bietet einen zweiten 2Fort-Server an; 2Fort #2 (steam://connect/193.111.142.32:27033)
Weapon: Anstatt des Saxxys (http://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Saxxy) bekommen Premium-Spieler nun die Golden Frying Pan (http://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Golden_Frying_Pan) als Nahkampfwaffe.
Visual Enhancement: Stirbt ein Spieler, besteht eine 50/50-Chance, dass man ein kleines Rauchwölkchen sieht.
Dirty Trick: Stirbt ein Spieler, werden zwei Mini-Bomben abgeworfen, die aber nur jeweils 5HP Damage verursachen.
Character #1: Premium-Spieler können einen neuen Character namens "Giant (http://cloud-4.steampowered.com/ugc/510327954178609989/D3CCFF94F93DB7D6A69DC71CC7A889E894AE8696/)" spielen.
Character #2: Für Premium-Spieler ist der Character "Skellett (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=203012016)" ebenfalls erhältlich. Er hat nur eine Nahkampfwaffe und kriegt keinen Kill-Bonus, bekommt dafür aber alle 3 Sekunden einen neuen Spell für das Spellbook. Man kann das Skeleton nur als Sniper mit Spellbook im Backpack spielen. Die Spezial-Charakter sind nicht (mehr) auf den Vanilla-Servern verfügbar.

Fire-Rate: Die Feuer-Rate aller Miniguns wurde um 10% erhöht.
L'nL #1: Loch-N-Load Granaten prallen nicht mehr an Wänden ab.
L'nL #2: Die Clip-Size des Loch-N-Load wurde dafür von 5 auf 6 erhöht.
Dispenser: Die Feuerrate der Dispenser-Rockets wurde stark erhöht, der Schaden pro Rakete dafür reduziert.
Crits: Beim Zerstören von Engineer-Objekten bekommt man Mini-Crits anstatt vollen Crits.
Ghost: Premiums im Ghostmode haben keine Spy-Detection mehr.
Ghost: Ab sofort wird man nach dem Tod nur noch zufällig zu einem Ghost. Die Chance hierfür liegt bei 50%.
Spawn-Protection: Als Premium bekommt man keine Spawn-Protection mehr, wenn man sich selbst getötet hat.
Respawn: "premium_respawn" wurde vorübergehend deaktiviert. Der Befehl ist nur noch anwendbar, wenn man von einem Bot getötet wurde.
Bots #1: Sobald mehr als 20 menschliche Spieler auf dem Server sind, respawnen die Bots etwas schneller.
Bots #2: Bots respawnen gleichmäßiger auf der Map verteilt, damit etwas mehr Dynamik entsteht und auch erhalten bleibt.

Fixes
#1: Ghost-Respawn und Sichtbarkeit wurde gefixt.
#2: Tiny-, Giant- und HHH-Hitboxen wurden gefixt.
#3: Premium-Einstellungen werden wieder korrekt gespeichert.
#4: Sentry- und Spawn-Protection wird nicht mehr durch Bots und Autopilot-Spielern ausgelöst.
#5: Australium Rocket-Launchern und Grenade-Launchern haben wieder 8 Rockets, bzw. Grenades.
#6: Premium-Scout hat mit dem Winger und Lugermorph wieder unbegrenzt Munition.

The following changes for Saigns' TF2 have been added:

New

Visual Enhancement: There's a 50/50 chance that you will see whiffs of smoke if a player dies.
Character #1: Premium player can play as a "Giant (http://cloud-4.steampowered.com/ugc/510327954178609989/D3CCFF94F93DB7D6A69DC71CC7A889E894AE8696/)" now.
Character #2: Premium-Player can also play as a "skeleton (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=203012016)". It only has a melee weapon and gets no kill-bonus, but it gets a new spell for the spellbook every 3 seconds. You can play as the skeleton only as sniper with the spellbook in your back pack. The special-characters are not available on the vanilla servers.

Menü: The premium-menue has been 'tidied up' a bit.
Fire-Rate: The fire-rate of all miniguns was increased by 10%.
L'nL #1: Loch-N-Load grenades no longer bounce off the walls.
L'nL #2: The clip-size of the Loch-N-Load has been increased from 5 to 6.
Crits: Destroying an engineer's object gives you only a mini-crit instead of full crit.
Dispenser: The fire-rate of the Dispenser rockets has been increased, but the damage per rocket has been decreased.
Ghost: Premium-player in ghost-mode have no spy-detection any more.
Ghost: From now on a player will be turned into a ghost after death at random. The chance for that is 50%.
Spawn-Protection: Premium-players get no more spawn-protection, if they killed themselves.
Respawn: 'premium_respawn' is temporarily disabled. It can only be used when a player gets killed by a bot.
Bots #1: Bots will respawn more spreaded than before, so there is a higher dynamic on the battlefield.
Bots #2: As soon as there are more than 20 human players on the server, bots are respawning a bit faster.


Fixes
#1: Premium settings are saved again.
#2: Tiny-, Giant- and HHH-Hitboxes were fixed.
#3: Respawn and visibility of the ghost have been fixed.
#4: Australium rocket launcher and grenade launcher have 8 rockets, resp. grenades.
#5: Sentry- und spawn-protection is no longer triggered by bots and autopilot-players.
#6: Premium-Scout has unlimited ammo for Winger and Lugermorph again.

What? I hope this is temporary due to an issue. I paid for premium to have more fun on these games and waiting for respawn is no fun at all... Really off-putting.

If you really believe removing the premium respawn is for the better of Saigns, you are very wrong. The instant respawn for premiums have been there ever since I joined, and I bet it was also one of the first things added when Saigns Premium was created. If you remove it everything will fall apart.
It started with instant respawn after dying - Then we got a respawn shortcut to use instead - And now we got nothing?

It would be the same as removing unlimited ammo.

sollte nach wie vor ein Bestandteil des premiumPakets bei saigns bleiben, soweit ich mich erinnern kann haben auch andere premium server dieses feature als grundbestandteil, also warum entfernen? *sinnfrei*
Würde mich freuen, wenn dieser befehl innerhalb der nächsten zeit wieder verfügbar gemacht wird...

premium_respawn war nie Teil des Premium Pakets.

Der Befehl wurde entfernt, um die Server im Quickplay zu sichern. Bedankt euch bei Valve und dere strengen Richtlinien.

Wait so... are we misunderstanding? Is instant respawn still available but just not via the "premium_respawn" command?

Also, why is being on Quickplay important? Subjectively, only Saigns vanilla servers should try to stay on Quickplay. As far as I understand, normal Saigns servers will never be suitable for Quickplay because premium is, simply put, cheating (and that is why I am premium, no?). So why? It causes complaints for the TF2 community who use Quickplay anyway (http://www.reddit.com/r/tf2/comments/1t0i32/the_constant_increase_in_shitty_servers/).

server sind aber so auch immer recht gut besucht; aber b2t premium_respawn war SCHON IMMMER ein Teil des premiumpakets, nicht in der art als befehl "premium_respawn" (erst seit Kurzem) sondern direktes respawnen wurde automatisch ausgeführt (früher)

Direktes Respawnen wurde wegen Restriktionen seitens Valve rausgenommen und der Befehl war nie Teil des Premiumpakets.

Why is Saigns in Quickplay?
Simply because there's no reason against it ...

No, we are not automatically disqualifying servers for server side mods. If the mods results in a better or worse player experience, that will be reflected in the back-end server score.

If we would ruin player's gaming experience, then they would leave the servers and decrease it's score at valve's backend. Bad score = less players from quickplay. But it seems, that the most people have fun on our gameservers, otherwise they wouldn't be full.

But as you said as Premium Gamer:
I fully acknowledge that it is cheating and pay to win. I speak only for myself though, not other premium users :PPremium should be pay for fun and nothing else. and if there are still people who think that it's cheating (even premiums) then there's always something left that needs to get "balanced"

Huh, really? :P To me, pretty much everything about "premium" is cheating. Infinite ammo, being able to conc grenade across the map, healing after killing others, etc. But that is subjective.

I usually play without Premium and when I am able to kill Premium players without any problems, then I wouldn't say that it's cheating.
I also test if I am able to have fun to play on a server with much Premium Gamers, it helps me a lot to find out which systems needs to get balanced

True, that is a good point. Premiums are by no means indestructible (but damn, the highest skilled premium players sure feel indestructable :P). I guess I have the wrong impression or idea about premium then.

The main problem is, that I developed the most premium features in a time where valve didn't make any rules. All servers were fast respawn and it didn't matter if it's balanced or not. people just respawn in a millisecond and can play again. it was always fast and action like gameplay.

Now with the basic rules, that we have to use respawntimes and this stuff I have to find the best solution for both sides. premiums should get a lot of features while non premiums should be able to have fun playing on saigns. in the long term even premium players benefit from feature nerfs, because it fills the server - no one wants to play against bots only

Premium is not expensive , its only 4€ per month , that is one coffee with friend but in game that mean fun ! Today many people spends much more money on other things that they not need , but 4€ can pay anybody for some fun with friends, especially for Team Fortress 2 where is constantly something new , like weps , characters...

Does it say somewhere how long exactly that a person has to stay on a server to not receive a bad back-end server score? If it's 10 minutes, why not just begin the premium tryout as soon as a the player joins a server? I've seen countless of people who didn't even know that they could try premium until I told them. The more premiums the better, even if it's just tryouts.

It's often those who can't buy premium or don't have the money for it, or just don't want to pay for it; who is saying that premium is cheating. They are mostly jealous; same thing as I was before I bought premium. A good reason why I joined was because of the premium tryout of 20 minutes. Even on 20 minutes I could feel how much easier it was to kill and stay alive, and that was back 2 years ago. If I was a new TF2 player now and just wanted the game to be a little more easy and faster gameplay then I would maybe buy premium. Grenades was a nice add to the premium features, many hours of fun killing with those. The more unique features premium has, the better; like the conc jump. It's just sad that so little know about it, and new players who tryout premium have no chance of knowing all the features. If they did they could probably be a potentially new premium member in the next few days.
The new spellbooks certainly doesn't do any good if you are trying to make new players avoid leaving too fast. The first thing they see is a monoculus spell cast in their face.

Auto-Premium had a negative effect on player counts. People disconnect cos they didn't know what happened
