    Server down more then 24 hours, no answer from support

    Hi,

    Don't know what to do.

    My server is down more then 24 hours.
    - No ftp
    - No server in steam
    - No fast download ftp
    - I can't ping the ip

    I have contact the support 3 times but no answer.
    I hope i get support here otherwise i need to ask my money back from paypal.

    Down again yesterday and today.
    When i restart by control panel it is online some hours but then it stays offline.
    On the moment the server stays offiline.

    I don't get any answer from the owner at this moment.
    I hope he will reply soon.

    I'm a new customer but i'm not happy with the service.
    Many long downtimes and slow support.
    Not happy with it.

    I come from another host (the reasson is the low price).
    But i think i need to pay more for better service and better uptime.

    I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
    I would like to help you. All that I or one of my colleagues could do for you was done.

    Solely the owner himself is responsible for the rent servers.
    The community admins have no influence on this.


    All i could ask you here now again is to have a bit more patient.
    It was weekend, so it could be possible that he wasn´t @ home to see where the problem is and fix it.

    I understand but it takes to long.
    The support is good, but to slow.
    It is not normal that i don't get any response with completly down of service.

    He can send me a message that he is looking at it or something.
    But no response is very irritating.

    I think i go back to my old host if the support won't be better...
