Well, I think I know what he means, but that doesn't change the rules.
I think he is trying to say, that becoming an admin, has to do with the capacity to BE one (So no premium, or other things). While I agree in some length, I think you always have to look at yourself first, before you say such things.

So my vision of you Mamba is, you seem like a fun person, and like to talk alot, but you're English/German language lacks, which makes it very hard to understand you, and for you to understand others. You got some entries in our system, and are not a premium player. All these things considered, are part of being capable to becoming an admin, and really wish to support Saigns and the community.

No offence, you seem like a fun dude :) These were just my 2 cents of thought.
